Q: How do I place an order? Simply explore our collections at azayya.com, add your favorites to the cart, and follow the simple steps at checkout.
Q: Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we only ship within Malaysia, but we hope to bring Azayya to the rest of the world very soon!
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? For domestic orders, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Q: Do you accept returns or refunds? Azayya does not offer cash refunds. However, we do provide store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed) with all tags attached.
Q: How do I request an exchange? Please contact us at hello@azayya.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.

Q: How do I care for Azayya clothing? Check the care label on your garment for specific instructions. Generally, we recommend hand washing or a gentle machine cycle in cold water to keep your pieces looking new for longer.
